Baasiltopup.com provides digital gaming credits, in-game currency, and other virtual goods delivered electronically. All items sold are intangible digital products and are delivered instantly once the payment is successfully processed. Due to the nature of digital goods, once delivery has occurred the product is considered consumed and irreversible.

Customers are solely responsible for providing correct information when placing an order, including but not limited to: Game User ID / UID, Server or region, Player nickname (if applicable), Correct contact email. Baasiltopup.com is not responsible for incorrect deliveries caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

All payments processed on Baasiltopup.com require customer authorization through the payment provider's authentication system (including OTP / 3D Secure where applicable). By completing a transaction, the customer confirms that: They are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the payment method, The payment details entered are accurate, The purchase is intentional and authorized.

After successful payment confirmation, orders are processed automatically through our integrated digital delivery system or official partner APIs. For each completed order we record internal delivery logs including Order ID, Payment transaction ID, Customer IP address, Date and time of order, Delivery confirmation response from the game provider, Proof of Delivery (POD). Once delivery is confirmed, the order is considered final and fulfilled.

Due to the nature of digital products and instant fulfillment, all sales are final. Refunds, reversals, or cancellations will not be granted in the following situations: Incorrect Game UID / Player ID entered by the customer, Wrong server or region selected, Accidental purchases, Customer misunderstanding of the product, Change of mind after delivery, Delays caused by game provider servers.

Baasiltopup.com is not responsible for unauthorized use of payment cards by third parties. If a payment method is used without the cardholder's consent, the responsibility lies with the cardholder and their issuing bank to resolve the matter. Because all payments require authentication (such as OTP or 3D Secure verification), transactions are considered cardholder-authorized once successfully verified by the payment provider.

To prevent fraud and abuse, Baasiltopup.com reserves the right to: Temporarily hold or cancel suspicious transactions, Request additional verification from customers, Limit purchase amounts for new users, Block suspicious IP addresses or regions. Orders flagged as high-risk may be manually reviewed before fulfillment.

Baasiltopup.com does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime may occur due to: Maintenance, Game provider API issues, Payment gateway interruptions, Network problems. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers.

Baasiltopup.com shall not be liable for: Loss of game accounts, Suspension or banning by game publishers, Game publisher policy changes, Losses resulting from misuse of purchased items. Our responsibility is limited strictly to delivering the digital product requested.
